Valter Longo
Valter Longo is an Italian-American biogerontologist and director of the Longevity Institute at the USC School of Gerontology, where he studies nutrient-sensing pathways that regulate aging and disease. He invented the fasting-mimicking diet and wrote The Longevity Diet.
