Uridine

Uridine is a nucleotide building block studied — usually alongside omega-3 fatty acids and choline — for supporting synaptic membranes. Combination formulas show early, modest signals in mild cognitive impairment and mood, but standalone uridine has little robust human evidence. It is generally well tolerated; claims remain preliminary.
