Alpha-GPC
Alpha-GPC (L-alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine) is a choline compound that raises acetylcholine and is promoted for memory and physical performance. Evidence is limited: a few small studies suggest possible benefit in age-related cognitive decline and modest effects on power output, while benefits in healthy people are unproven. One large observational analysis raised a possible stroke-risk signal that warrants caution pending confirmation.
