Chamomile
Chamomile is a traditional herbal remedy for anxiety and sleep, typically taken as tea or extract. A small number of randomized trials suggest modest reductions in generalized-anxiety symptoms and mild sleep benefit, but the evidence base is thin. It is generally safe, with rare allergic reactions in people sensitive to related plants.
